Dear Clarity Voice Customer, In an effort to limit SPAM and malicious or fraudulent activity, enable smooth delivery of service, and to ensure that only trusted messages are delivered, virtually all wireless carriers have created an industry registration mandate called 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code). Registration is required for any business that sends SMS or MMS for external business messaging. This includes many of Clarity Voice’s customers, and your business specifically.

Understand that a failure to register may result in regulatory entities and wireless carrier networks blocking your SMS and MMS traffic and imposing fines. We strongly recommend that you allow us to take this important action on your behalf.
